Dr. Nicole Carson received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from University of California at Davis in 2003. She then received her doctorate from Palmer Chiropractic College West. She received her Graston Technique Certification shortly after graduation in 2006. Utilizing her years of experience as a massage therapist, Dr. Carson prides herself on tailoring treatment to what each patient who walks into her office needs. She believes that a combination of muscle work and joint alignment is important to expedite recovery and maintain optimum health. She believes that good communication and education are key in helping patients recover from injuries.
She owned and operated her own practice in Calgary, Alberta for seven years until she moved down to Houston, Texas. There she had the opportunity to work with many different athletes including some Canadian Olympic speed skaters. She has had great success in treating many different types of ailments including headaches, shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries, lower back pain, and plantar fasciitis.
Dr. Carson lives an active lifestyle of various activities. Although she used to be a runner, she now finds cycling her preferred sport. She loves to keep moving and is a firm believer that keeping her patients moving will keep them young! Her goal is to get you back to doing the activities you love as soon as possible!
